A sales tax license is required for any vendor selling non-food items. Visit www.michigan.gov/taxes or call 517-335-7508 to obtain a license.
Cottage Food vendors must comply with all state laws and must submit proof of training.
NOTE: Reimbursement for accepting food assistance vouchers is made through Direct Deposit by the City of Evart for the Evart DDA Farmers Market which is easier, faster and more secure.
