This is a building in downtown Evart where two businesses can rent a 10’x14’ area each to try out a business. Why Downtown Evart? River City Market retail is a quick, inexpensive way to try selling your products in your own storefront. This is a perfect space for baked goods, food, crafts, handmade gifts, and more.
You will receive year-round educational programming with small business development organizations, banking institutions and more. Space is a shared retail micro-market, utilities & wi-fi included.
Our hope is that your business will join Downtown Evart permanently in your own storefront after participating in River City! Test the market, build clientele, and raise capital, all while increasing visibility for your business.
Interested people need to submit their application by May 10, 2024. The two businesses chosen will be notified by May 17, 2024 with businesses opening June 4, 2024.
Downtown Evart is on U.S. 10, is within driving distance of Big Rapids, Cadillac, Clare, and Reed City.
